Navjot Singh Sidhu condoles demise of Sufi singer Pyare Lal Wadali
Surjit Patar terms his demise as a big loss to Sufi and Punjabi traditional singing field

The Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister, Punjab, Mr. Navjot Singh Sidhu has expressed deep shock over the demise of the world famous Sufi singer Pyare Lal Wadali.
In a statement here today, deeply condoling the demise of the Sufi and Punjabi Folk traditional singer, Mr. Sidhu said that Pyare Lal Wadali was an exceptional singer devoted to the mother tongue Punjabi and his sad demise has left a deep void in the Punjabi Sufi singing arena. Pyare Lal along with his elder brother Puran Chand Wadali scaled the pinnacle of Sufi and Traditional Punjabi Singing. The minister prayed to the almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of Punjab Kala Parishad Dr. Surjit Patar while condoling the demise of Pyare Lal Wadali termed it a big loss to Sufi Singing, Art and Culture Field.
